AsAs we march towards the New Year and its symbolic fresh start at doing well at our goals, our jobs, our lives, and with our families, it’s important to remember we don’t have to have all of the answers; no one does.

New York University Stern School of Business Professor Scott Galloway doesn’t have them, either. But what he does offer in the short video below is an “algebra of happiness.”

Here at Marker we’re intensely focused on stories that make you better at business. And almost nothing is going to make you better at business, not to mention the rest of your life, more than being happy. Believe it or not, there is a formula to happiness — maybe one you’ve heard before, about treating others well and doing good. But you haven’t heard someone like Galloway talk about it, not like this.

We could summarize Galloway’s video, embedded below, but really, it’s much more powerful to see and hear, and well worth a watch:

We hope you enjoyed and learned from Galloway’s thoughts. All of us here at Marker wish you a restful and restorative holiday season, a great end to 2019, and a wonderful start to 2020.
